I used to be more patient with the game, but the way the devs communicate has really worn down my trust. Changes get pushed out with barely any explanation, and when you ask support about it, the replies feel like copy-paste responses that don’t actually address anything. It comes across like they’d rather wait for players to notice nerfs or hidden changes instead of being upfront. After a while, that makes it hard to feel confident about where the game is headed.

"Wish I’d Looked Around More First"
It looks okay at first glance, and some of the graphics are decent, but after using it for a bit I started regretting the purchase. The menus feel cluttered and kind of annoying to get through, and a few of the visuals look outdated. It’s not terrible, but I definitely expected it to feel more polished.

"Good games, but the language support is honestly a mess"
I actually like some Plarium games, which is why this annoys me so much. The games can be fun, but the localization feels like they just tossed parts of it through a bad translator and called it done. Menus, event descriptions, and random instructions are awkward or half-translated, and it’s ridiculous that players are expected to just figure it out.

Support makes it even worse if you don’t write in English. The replies feel copied and pasted, and half the time they don’t even answer what you asked because something clearly gets lost in translation. That’s not on the players, Plarium should be handling this properly instead of making people struggle to explain basic issues.

For a company this big, the language options should be way better. The games are technically playable, sure, but if English isn’t your first language, it becomes way more frustrating than it needs to be. It feels lazy, they deserve the blame for not taking this seriously.

I get that updates are necessary, but lately it feels like they’re being pushed out before they’re really ready. A patch should fix issues, not create new ones. It would make more sense to slow down a bit and make sure things are stable before releasing them.

"Clan chat and friends feel kind of broken"
I originally joined because my brother kept telling me the clan stuff was fun, and I figured it would be a good way to play with people after work. But it’s been more frustrating than anything. Clan chat lags a lot, invites randomly don’t show up, and trying to find people who are actually active feels like digging through an old group chat nobody uses anymore. There also isn’t really a simple way to manage members or plan anything, which is weird for something that’s supposed to be social. It feels like the clan and friend features were added at some point and then just left alone. I even contacted support, but the replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address the problem.

"Ads don’t match the game at all"
I kept seeing ads that made this game look way more fun and different than it actually is, so I finally downloaded it. But once I started playing, it was basically the same old grind, with constant popups trying to get you to spend money. I don’t mind paying for a game if it feels worth it, but this just felt misleading and kind of pushy. I really wish they’d show the actual gameplay in the ads instead of making it look like something else.

My account got banned, i don’t have the patience to keep chasing support in circles. I tried appealing it, but it felt like it went absolutely nowhere and nobody actually looked into it.

"Is anyone else dealing with all these bugs?"
I really wanted to enjoy this game, but lately it’s been so frustrating. Every time there’s an update, the game seems to crash, and support just tells me to reinstall like that magically fixes everything. I’ve lost progress twice now, the lag gets bad, and even the payments screen glitched on me. Maybe it’s just me, but it feels like these updates aren’t being tested before they go live. Has anyone else had the same issues?

The game is fun in the beginning, but after a while you hit a wall unless you’re willing to spend money. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely starts to feel like progress is locked behind payments

The game itself is alright, and there were a few moments I genuinely enjoyed. But what I remember most is this uneasy feeling I had while using Plarium, especially around the privacy and account stuff. There seemed to be a lot of tracking, and I couldn’t really tell what I was agreeing to or how much control I actually had. When I reached out to support, the replies felt copy-pasted, which didn’t help much. Maybe this is normal for gaming sites now, but I’d feel a lot better if things were explained more clearly and users had more obvious privacy controls.

I reached out for help and got frustrated waiting days for a reply. By the time they finally got back to me, the answer wasn’t even that useful. I’m not the most patient person when something isn’t working, and this just made the whole experience more annoying.

I’m still kind of annoyed thinking about this. I requested a refund and instead of getting a clear answer, support kept dancing around it. It reminded me of those times when you’re stuck waiting on something important and nobody will just be straight with you. The refund did eventually move along, but it took way too long and left a bad impression...

Everything felt overpriced for what it was. I also got this weird feeling like there wasn’t really a real person behind the experience, which made it even harder to justify the cost. Just didn’t feel worth it to me

I’ve been playing for a bit and the matchmaking just feels off. I keep getting put into matches that feel way too one-sided, like my team is either getting stomped or the other side is stacked. It’s frustrating because it doesn’t feel like a fair shot most of the time, idk.

I played RAID for a bit, and at first it was fun. The battles look good and the champions are cool to collect, but after a while it started to feel repetitive. It’s hard to describe, but a lot of the game ends up feeling like you’re just letting auto-battle run and waiting around on timers.

Progress also slows down a lot unless you’re willing to spend money. Some of the events are confusing, and the balance feels weird here and there. I wouldn’t say it’s a terrible game, but the overall gameplay just didn’t really hold up for me...

"Game keeps crashing constantly"
I’ve been playing Plarium games for a while now, but lately the performance has been really rough. The game freezes right in the middle of fights, loading screens take forever, and sometimes it just kicks me out for no reason at all.

It’s super frustrating when you lose progress or miss out on rewards because the app won’t stay stable. I tried reinstalling it and clearing the cache, but it’s still doing the same thing. not worth the headache rn.

I got locked out of my account right when I actually needed to use it, which made the whole thing feel way more stressful. Maybe it was just bad timing, but the security process felt clunky and support didn’t really help much. I eventually figured some of it out, but it definitely didn’t leave me feeling great about how account access is handled.

"Fun Events, But They Don’t Always Feel Fair"
I’ve had fun with some of the events, but from the ones I’ve played, it feels like the rewards usually aren’t that great unless you’re willing to spend quite a bit. The matchups can be a little questionable too, so it makes me think the events in general could be balanced better. It’s still enjoyable here and there, but I do wish regular players had more of a fair shot.

"I couldn’t get this game to run..."
I couldn’t get this game to run on my laptop at all, even though plenty of other games work fine on it. Every time I try to launch it, it either asks for another update or just crashes right away. I reached out to support, but they only told me to check the specs, which didn’t feel helpful. I don’t really trust that customer service is going to do much beyond sending basic copy-paste replies

"Fun at first, but it wears you down fast"
I had a good time with it for the first few days, but the progression hit a wall quickly. After that it felt like I was just grinding forever unless I paid, and it got mentally draining more than fun. I ended up losing interest fast.
